Technical Product Owner – dnata Cargo

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of technology solutions for dnata Cargo. You will join a dynamic Technical Product Management team that builds B2B and B2C products across Digital, Airline, Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs, including features, non‑functional requirements, technical debt, spikes and BAU activities.
• Define story content, acceptance criteria and sign‑off for each story, ensuring readiness for upcoming Program Increments.
• Capture, refine and prioritize technical debt and non‑functional requirements across sprints.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to represent the customer voice and align product roadmap with strategic objectives.
• Prepare contributions for PI demos and maintain product quality, risk identification and dependency tracking.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring consistent delivery cadence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for aviation, logistics or related industries is a plus.
