Technical Product Owner

About the role

The Product team at Revolut creates simple, scalable experiences for millions of customers. We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will own the product roadmap, drive day‑to‑day operations, manage project execution and mitigate risks from conception through launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Set team goals, success metrics and roadmap aligned with Revolut’s mission.
• Drive maximum impact using data analysis, market research and company strategy.
• Own product features from ideation, development, launch, growth to maintenance.
• Lead technical discussions with engineers on approaches and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Financial Crime, Legal and Security teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a high‑growth tech company or banking/finance‑related area (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.).
• 2+ years experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics).
• 1+ year of people‑management experience, directly managing engineering, operations and design team members.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and technical acumen combined with solid business sense for ROI‑based prioritisation.
