Technical Project Manager – Consent Management Implementation Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex consent management implementation. The role is fully remote (GMT/UTC+4) and will coordinate product, engineering, architecture and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of all consent‑management workstreams, translating requirements into work packages, milestones and system‑level deliverables.
• Coordinate integration efforts, defining event contracts, data payload structures and end‑to‑end data flows while resolving data gaps and system incompatibilities.
• Co‑lead technical workshops with product, architecture, engineering and external vendors, producing clear technical decisions and documented workflows.
• Configure the consent‑management platform, mapping business requirements to data models, consent categories, channel‑level consent and policy rules.
• Identify and manage cross‑system dependencies, maintaining risk, dependency and decision logs.
• Define and track integration and UAT testing scenarios, ensuring audit trails, edge‑case coverage and production readiness.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for all consent‑management platform deliveries across source and downstream systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, event‑driven architectures and middleware platforms, preferably MuleSoft.
• Experience with consent‑management platforms or regulated data environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
