Technical Sales Coordinator

About the role

Core Metal LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to support its sales team in Sharjah. The role combines technical knowledge of steel products with strong coordination abilities to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and technical/commercial proposals for steel tubes and pipe products.
• Provide day‑to‑day sales coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, data analysis, and tender documentation as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in structural or mechanical engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales coordination, estimation, or sales support, preferably in the steel tubes & pipes or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of steel tubes, pipes, structural steel products, or related engineering products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
