Technical Solution Manager

About the role

CATLab, a global leader in EV batteries and energy storage, is looking for a Technical Solution Manager to drive the design and delivery of overseas energy storage system (ESS) projects. The role combines technical analysis, client interaction, and project risk management to ensure competitive and reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
• Design ESS solutions based on client needs and prepare bidding documents.
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements with clients.
• Maintain client relationships and explore further needs.
• Analyse local market technical requirements and translate them into product demands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high‑voltage power grid, mechanical automation or related engineering fields.
• Minimum ten years of experience in energy projects such as energy storage, photovoltaic or power generation.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating technical specifications in English.
• Strong user‑needs analysis and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and logical thinking skills.
