Technical Support Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to assist the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles. You will work closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that vehicle software updates, testing scenarios, and daily routes are prepared and executed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA teams on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback and support validation of vehicle software version results.
• Set up and configure various vehicle testing scenarios, routes, and stop requirements.
• Coordinate and execute vehicle software and version updates in a timely manner.
• Identify, document, and communicate technical or operational issues affecting testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and operational processes.

Required profile

• Technical background in automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles or a related field.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software‑based systems and ability to follow detailed testing procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills between technical and operational teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced technology environment.
