Technical Support Engineer – IT, Microsoft 365, CCTV & ELV

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to deliver both remote and onsite assistance for a range of IT and ELV systems. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and customer interaction to ensure seamless operation of critical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, email, Microsoft 365, and Windows issues.
• Create Microsoft 365 users and manage mailboxes.
• Configure SharePoint sites and manage permissions.
• Diagnose printer, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network problems.
• Set up and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, and IP phones.
• Configure CCTV/VMS platforms such as Hikvision iVMS and Samsung/Hanwha SSM.
• Program Access Control systems (Keri, ZKTeco, Hikvision, etc.).
• Handle SIRA portal requirements and coordinate with vendors.
• Read technical drawings, prepare BOQs, and maintain service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience in IT/ELV technical support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to own issues through to resolution.
• UAE experience or a driving licence is an advantage.
