Technical Support Engineer - UAE National

About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Hilti, you will support customers and field teams through value‑added engineering services, handling calculations, documentation and bill‑of‑quantities preparation across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field engineering teams.
• Prepare engineering calculations, material take‑offs and bill of quantities.
• Develop technical submittals, letters, warranties and supporting documentation.
• Support anchor and rebar design requests for construction projects.
• Maintain engineering approvals, certifications, test reports and technical records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Marketing and Project Management to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• UAE National with a valid UAE Family Book.
• High learning agility and willingness to develop within the engineering field.
