Technical Team Leader – Landscape

About the role

The Technical Team Leader (Landscape) oversees all technical aspects of landscape projects, ensuring designs, shop drawings, and material submittals meet project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule. The role acts as the bridge between clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and submission of landscape shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, civil, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and avoid design conflicts.
• Provide technical support to site teams during execution and validate design drawings for constructability.
• Manage technical approvals, track consultant/client comments, and support procurement by reviewing specifications and evaluating suppliers.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities to optimise costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor technical progress, prepare reports, RFIs, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of drafting and landscape/infrastructure project experience.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and leadership capability to guide site engineers.
