Techno-Functional Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will analyze operations, identify improvement areas, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and observations to capture detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate business rules into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and data‑mapping matrices.
• Design system workflows, evaluate technical constraints, and coordinate with developers on API implementations, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Perform SQL queries, data profiling, and data reconciliation to validate data integrity and support ETL/migration processes.
• Create test plans and test cases; coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with both functional and technical responsibilities.
• Strong capability in conducting gap analyses, feasibility studies, and process mapping.

Required skills

• SQL query writing and data analysis.
• API integrations and testing, including JSON and XML payloads.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and SAP.
