About the role
The Techno Functional Consultant L1 will act as a bridge between client functional needs and technical implementation at the module level. You will assist in defining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and supporting initial system troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Gather functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Assist with coding, configuration, and minor customisations following defined design standards.
- Support integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying basic issues.
- Help troubleshoot performance or configuration problems for the assigned module.
- Prepare user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artefacts.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in functional‑technical consulting.
- Ability to understand and document client requirements.
- Experience supporting integration testing and basic issue resolution.
- Strong documentation skills for user guides and configuration records.
