Technology Experience Specialist

About the role

The Technology Experience Specialist works with Technical Product Owners, Architects, Developers and Designers to create user‑centric technology solutions that balance user intent with business needs. The role ensures solutions are fit for purpose, improve productivity and are enjoyable to use.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to deliver user research, visual prototypes and usability testing.
• Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across Technical Product Management, Architecture and Development teams.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and training sessions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end user experience for non‑customer facing products, from concept to launch and post‑launch analysis.
• Advocate product value and usability to users and gather feedback.
• Ensure baseline usability measures are established and used for continuous improvement.
• Work with Scrum teams to develop user stories that reflect discovered user needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI practice within IT.
• Background in Human Factors, Psychology, Design or related fields.
• Proven experience in Information Architecture, User Experience Design and Interaction Design.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Outcome‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
