Technology Experience Supervisor (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

As an Information & Technology Supervisor you will maintain and enhance the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and in line with Rosewood standards. You will support associates and guests with technology‑related needs, contribute to system improvements, and assist in implementing new applications, hardware, and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the hotel’s IT systems, applications, and technology infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing system enhancements, software updates, and technology projects that improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to associates while ensuring effective onboarding and system access management.
• Partner with external vendors and support providers to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity.
• Support hotel guests with internet connectivity and other technology‑related inquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hotel technology systems and applications within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience supporting property management, point‑of‑sale, and financial systems such as Opera, Micros, and Sun Systems.
• Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and builds positive relationships with associates, guests, and external partners.
• Confident communicator in English and passionate about delivering exceptional service through technology.
