Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Dubai. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd level technical support, troubleshooting issues across the technology environment, and helping ensure the availability, performance and reliability of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote 1st and 2nd level technical support, escalating complex problems when required.
• Act as the first point of contact for production‑related incidents and support the wider technology stack to maintain high availability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, VDI, Microsoft 365, and other critical systems.
• Procure, catalogue, install and support hardware and software, guiding end users on new equipment and applications.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records and support technology projects such as rollouts, migrations and office moves.
• Use Jira Service Management to log, track and manage incidents, service requests and changes in line with ITSM practices.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk or Technical Support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
