Tele Sales Executive

About the role

The Tele Sales Executive will join Capital Zone Mortgage Broker in Dubai, handling both outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients. You will introduce mortgage products, explain eligibility criteria and benefits, and guide leads through the initial qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Generate, qualify and nurture mortgage leads.
• Schedule appointments for senior mortgage advisors.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales.
• Goal‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
