Tele Sales Executive – Property Maintenance Services

About the role

Elegant & Exotic Technical Works LLC is a Dubai‑based provider of property maintenance and technical services, covering AC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AMC solutions for residential and commercial clients. The company is seeking a Tele Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships and promote its maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities by contacting real estate agents, property managers and potential clients.
• Promote the company’s maintenance and AMC services and follow up on quotations and client inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, converting leads into confirmed jobs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and keep accurate sales records.
• Maintain an updated client database and prepare sales proposals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Track market trends and report competitive insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in property maintenance or technical services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and good knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Valid UAE visa with at least 3–6 months remaining validity.
• Confident and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
