Tele Sales Representative – Hindi Speaker (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Representatives who are fluent in Hindi to join our fast‑paced team in the UAE. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and turn leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speakers.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
