Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Telecaller/Telesales Executive to join our growing real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for outbound calling, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners and existing contacts.
• Qualify leads, identify client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses and company events.
• Maintain accurate call logs, conversation notes and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Optional: source property listings, update portals and assist marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centre, customer service or real‑estate.
• Previous UAE real‑estate telecalling experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
