Telecommunication Agent

About the role

The Telecommunication Agent provides professional telephone service to hotel guests, ensuring every call is answered warmly and efficiently. You will act as the link between guests and all hotel departments, supporting seamless communication and enhancing the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all guest calls promptly, courteously and in line with Rixos brand standards.
• Route internal and external calls using the hotel switchboard and maintain accurate call logs.
• Process long‑distance call vouchers, wake‑up call requests and message recordings.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to resolve guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions and local attractions.
• Utilise the Fidelio guest profile system to personalize service.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of relevant experience in hotel telecommunications or a similar role.
• Familiarity with hotel communication procedures and guest service standards.
