About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Telephone Operator you’ll handle incoming calls and deliver memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams.
- Leverage communication tools such as the PBX system and computer applications to aid daily operations.
