About the role

We are looking for a courteous Telephone Operator to handle all guest calls at Millennium Al Barsha Hotel. The role focuses on delivering professional, friendly service and ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel departments, contributing to a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

Answer guest calls warmly and professionally, greeting guests by name.
Transfer internal and external calls efficiently using the switchboard.
Record long‑distance call vouchers and update the traffic sheet accurately.
Manage the wake‑up call sheet, ensuring timely calls for guests.
Take and deliver messages for guests and management according to standards.
Keep up‑to‑date with hotel services, local attractions and the Opera Guest profile system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest inquiries and exceed expectations.
Follow the hotel’s environmental, health and safety policies.
