About the role
IMC Certifications is seeking a proactive Telesales Consultant to join its head‑office team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating new enrolments for professional certification and training programmes through direct outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Promote and explain the company’s certification and training offerings.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Follow up leads, maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Handle objections, close sales and convert leads into enrolments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to performance incentives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target‑oriented, confident and self‑motivated.
- Experience in Education, EdTech or professional training is a plus.

What we offer
- Base salary of AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
- Commission and performance‑based rewards.
