Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesearch Executive will work on‑site in Dubai to generate and convert property leads through outbound and inbound phone calls. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and renters, presenting Sandcastle Properties’ portfolio and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone, present property options and explain key features.
• Qualify leads, update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to schedule viewings and close transactions.
• Provide professional customer support, respond to inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Track performance metrics and meet defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center environments, preferably in real estate.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment with good time‑management and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using call tracking systems.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
