Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

The Telesales Executive will focus on high‑volume outbound calls to real‑estate brokers across the UAE. The main goal is to generate interest, qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the in‑house Project Sales Specialists. This role is based in Business Bay, Dubai and reports to the Broker Relations Team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to broker partners, introduce projects and assess interest.
• Qualify brokers based on intent, project fit and readiness for hand‑over to internal teams.
• Schedule meetings and call appointments for the Broker Relations Team and Project Specialists.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead information and appointment details in the CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads, event enquiries and previously contacted brokers to improve conversion.
• Provide initial broker queries with basic information before escalating to the relevant team.
• Prepare booked meetings with relevant lead notes and context for internal teams.
• Track and report daily calling activity, lead status and meeting‑scheduling performance.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of UAE real‑estate experience, preferably in tele‑sales or broker‑relations.
• Proven track record of high‑volume outbound calling and successful cold outreach.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with brokers and agencies across the UAE.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
