Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential investors and clients, promoting our Dubai property projects and generating qualified leads for the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
• Explain company projects, offers, and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Follow up regularly with interested clients.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings for consultants.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
