Telesales Representative

About the role

KG Technologies is seeking a full‑time Telesales Representative to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the company, contacting prospects and handling inbound inquiries to match customers with the right IT and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to identify customer needs.
• Present suitable IT hardware, software and services and close sales against targets.
• Manage daily call lists, follow up on leads and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide clear product information, pricing details and respond to basic service queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
• Participate in regular training sessions, stay updated on product changes and give feedback on scripts and engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages used in Dubai are a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales ability, including lead conversion, negotiation and meeting targets.
• Quick learner who can absorb new product knowledge and apply coaching.
• Previous telesales or call‑center experience, preferably with IT or technology products.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with strong organizational skills.
