About the role
We are seeking a confident communicator to join our real‑estate team as a Telesales Representative. You will focus on generating leads, engaging prospective buyers, and scheduling appointments for Dubai property projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers interested in Dubai real‑estate.
- Present property details, investment benefits, payment plans, and project highlights.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow‑ups.
- Schedule property tours, video calls, and meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive conversions.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus).
- Prior tele‑calling or real‑estate experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong persuasion and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
