Telesales Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Sales & Marketing Representative to promote DIACO Properties' portfolio of projects, generate new sales opportunities, and support the growth of our real‑estate business in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and create new sales leads.
• Promote company properties, projects, services and special offers.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up regularly with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
• Qualify leads and transfer serious prospects to the relevant sales consultant.
• Negotiate and assist in converting prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximise lead conversion.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity and sales reports.
• Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, projects, prices and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to follow up with clients and close sales.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
