Telesales Specialist

About the role

As a Telesales Specialist at Mira Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in our premium dental services. You will consult, build trust, and guide clients from their initial inquiry to booking an appointment, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital channels.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about treatments and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage and update client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably telesales or call‑center environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products.
• Responsible, reliable, and results‑oriented.
