About the role

The Teller (Emiratized) role focuses on cash management and delivering high‑quality service to bank customers. You will handle cash transactions, foreign exchange, and support customers with a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

Process cash withdrawals, deposits, foreign exchange, cheque deposits and inter‑account transfers.
Handle vault and main‑safe cash movements and perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
Assist customers with demand drafts, telegraphic transfers, standing instructions, IPO processing and other banking services.
Process inward and outward cheques, including collection, clearing and returns.
Answer branch telephone calls professionally and address customer queries.
Post debit/credit vouchers, maintain documentation and ensure accurate cash postings.
Promote online and mobile banking, achieving monthly onboarding targets.

Required profile

High school graduate.
1–2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
Familiarity with bank products, customer experience standards and related policies and procedures.
