About the role
Join Emirates Islamic as a Teller, providing front‑line banking services to customers in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, customer assistance, and promoting bank products while upholding the bank’s image.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a range of teller services to meet customer needs.
- Process all transactions in line with bank policies, procedures and control standards.
- Ensure timely completion of time‑critical transactions such as clearing and TT.
- Respond courteously to customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Promote and sell bank products and services to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Relevant secondary education.
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking or a related industry.
- Cash‑handling experience.
- UAE national with a family book, service‑oriented attitude.
