Tenant Relations Manager – Arabian Center

About the role

The Tenant Relations Manager will nurture positive relationships with retailers at the Arabian Center mall, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with mall standards. The role involves coordinating work permits, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling administrative tasks that keep the shopping centre running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and approve work permits for maintenance, display and merchandising, and ensure timely closure of open permits.
• Communicate mall policies, event schedules and compliance requirements to tenants, and support outstanding tenant payments.
• Conduct pre‑opening meetings for new retailers and coordinate exit procedures for departing tenants.
• Organise tenant participation in marketing programmes and mall events, and perform regular inspections to uphold best practices and safety standards.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, sales forecasts and footfall analyses, and maintain up‑to‑date tenant data and compliance documents.
• Assist FM and Finance teams with outstanding payments, utility bills and AMC, and facilitate tenant exit and pre‑opening processes across departments.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline with fluency in English.
• 3‑5 years of coordination and follow‑up experience, preferably within a shopping centre environment.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
