Training Coordinator – Aviation

About the role

The Training Coordinator will support and manage a range of training programmes for Emirates employees, ensuring alignment with departmental policies and operational requirements. This role involves planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of both knowledge‑based and practical training across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programmes, including practical and work‑skill instruction.
• Assist in planning the quarterly training calendar for each training category and review nominations against historical demand.
• Provide information on scheduled training activities, prerequisites and enrolment details to learners and managers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using recognised evaluation models and collect learner feedback through formal feedback forms.
• Prepare and present course evaluation reports, highlighting strengths, weaknesses and any barriers to learning transfer.
• Design, develop and compile customised training reports as required by the department.
• Monitor learner progress to ensure acquisition and application of new technical or generic skills.
• Audit the training database periodically to verify data accuracy and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate third‑party programmes, including in‑house examinations and external accreditation bodies, acting as the central point of contact.
• Stay current with best practices in training and development within the airline and broader industry.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating or delivering corporate training programmes, preferably in an aviation or large‑scale operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training calendars and stakeholder requests.
• Proficiency in evaluating training outcomes and preparing analytical reports.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external accreditation organisations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry training standards.
