Training Executive (UAE National)

About the role

The Training Executive will support Buccellati’s retail network across the UAE by delivering and coordinating training initiatives that uphold the Maison’s heritage and client experience standards. Reporting to the Regional Head of Retail Training, the role bridges local teams with global training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central regional contact for local training teams, ensuring smooth communication with the headquarters in France.
• Collaborate closely with Training Managers, providing regular updates and proactive coordination.
• Lead training sessions at the Client Relationship Center and support team leaders.
• Adapt and proof‑read training modules for Arabic‑speaking markets.
• Assist in the implementation of new global training programs and facilitate their rollout across all retail locations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and report on impact.

Required profile

• Previous experience in training, learning & development or retail, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong initiative and ownership.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
