Training Manager – AI Document & Slide Decks

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to shape the next generation of language models by designing and refining professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. As a Training Manager, you will own the creation of onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and assessment tools that enable AI to perform core business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new‑hire onboarding playbooks and manager enablement decks.
• Design facilitator guides and curriculum outlines for learning programs.
• Create and manage engagement‑tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to iterate on training data and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs.
• Proven ownership of facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and assessment tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.

Required skills

• Expertise in document, spreadsheet, and slide deck craftsmanship.
• Ability to build robust engagement‑tracking spreadsheets.
• Experience creating skills assessment rubrics that meet L&D standards.
