Training Specialist – Standards & Operations

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security Training team as a Training Specialist focused on Standards & Operations. You will ensure that security training programmes meet the Group’s values, regulatory requirements and international best‑practice standards, safeguarding employees, customers and assets across the Emirates network.

Key responsibilities

• Review trainer performance after each programme to confirm delivery aligns with approved content and standards.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations and documentation of security training processes.
• Coordinate trainer manpower planning and operational training requirements.
• Update security training manuals and related standards (NCASTP, AOSP, AOSTP, IOSA, ISAGO, etc.) to reflect current regulations and best practices.
• Manage document control, reporting and quality‑assurance procedures within the Security Quality Assurance Programme.
• Approve training material to ensure compliance with GCAA and other regulatory bodies, and submit updates to the Training Manager for final approval.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security training, training operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of aviation security regulations and international standards.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal units such as Group Security, Airport Services, Flight Operations and Safety.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCASTP, AOSP, IOSA, ISAGO, GCAA).
• Experience with training documentation, manual maintenance and quality‑assurance processes.
• Proficiency in planning and coordinating trainer resources.
