Training Supervisor – Facilities & Cleaning

About the role

The Training Supervisor will design, coordinate and deliver training programmes for the Facilities and Cleaning departments of Dubai Metro. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will ensure that both in‑house and outsourced staff receive initial and refresher training that meets operational and competency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future training needs for Facilities staff and develop a competency matrix for all job roles.
• Design and implement training and refresher frameworks for senior supervisors, housekeeping staff, office assistants and outsourced personnel.
• Draft, review and continuously improve training materials based on operational trends, audit findings and performance gaps.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development department to align programmes with business growth and operational excellence.
• Plan and schedule training activities to minimise impact on daily operations and optimise resource utilisation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manpower service providers and equipment vendors to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Deliver training sessions, conduct assessments and provide detailed feedback on learner progress.
