Transaction Manager

About the role

The Transaction Manager will support JLL’s real‑estate portfolio in the United Arab Emirates by analysing strategy reports, providing market insights and overseeing leasing transactions. You will work closely with the RE team in China and local stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely delivery of portfolio analyses and smooth lease negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance portfolio analysis and strategy reports prepared by the China RE team.
• Execute the portfolio analysis and strategy report bi‑annually, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Provide quarterly or semi‑annual market insights and trend updates.
• Manage leasing project progress, monitor risks, and ensure milestones are met.
• Select brokers and consultants, track fees, and enforce budget compliance.
• Identify lease expirations early and initiate renewal or negotiation processes.
• Collect and archive essential documents, including Space Requirement Approval Forms and landlord information.
• Monitor negotiation communications to comply with internal protocols.
• Gather and verify technical building indicators for new or changed leases.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, RACI matrices, and best‑practice processes.
• Continuously improve transaction‑management procedures to align with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience at Senior Analyst to Assistant Manager level.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; based in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of portfolio analysis, strategy development and market research.
