Transformation Coach

About the role

The Transformation Coach will join Project Reshape’s elite team in Dubai, delivering personalized fitness and lifestyle programs to a diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on driving sustainable body transformation, injury recovery and long‑term health improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and track progress.
• Design individualized strength, conditioning and injury‑safe exercise programs.
• Lead one‑to‑one training sessions and provide online follow‑up.
• Educate clients on safe training techniques, nutrition fundamentals and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with the wider coaching team to share best practices.
• Contribute to content and initiatives that promote Project Reshape’s methods and values.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in fitness coaching and program design.
• Experience guiding clients through body recomposition, lifestyle change and long‑term health goals.
• Ability to support injury‑recovery in coordination with medical or allied health professionals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, educate and build trust with diverse clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practices.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
