Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Transformation Consultant to lead the planning, coordination and governance of enterprise‑wide transformation programmes for a leading client in Dubai. The role provides portfolio visibility, governance reporting and delivery support, enabling informed decision‑making across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and integrate portfolio plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting across all workstreams.
• Consolidate workstream updates into a single, accurate portfolio view and ensure data consistency.
• Identify, escalate and track risks, issues and dependencies to support timely resolution.
• Coordinate activities across transformation workstreams and monitor progress against agreed plans.
• Prepare governance packs, executive reports and programme updates for senior leadership.
• Document key decisions, actions and meeting outcomes, and track governance actions to completion.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, provide clear executive summaries and promote alignment across initiatives.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, templates and documentation control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme and portfolio coordination, governance reporting and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ability to work onsite in the United Arab Emirates and start within 30 days of offer acceptance.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Planner or Azure DevOps for project tracking.
