Transformation Finance Analyst

About the role

The Transformation Finance Analyst will support the organisation’s transformation initiatives by delivering rigorous financial analysis, insights and recommendations. This role helps senior leaders make data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic change.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial reports summarising the performance of transformation projects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, incorporating the latest data and assumptions.
• Collect and validate financial data from multiple departments, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and data‑integrity checks to uphold high standards of accuracy.
• Analyse results to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Review and optimise existing financial processes, recommending and tracking improvements.
• Perform cost‑benefit analyses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial implications with operational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, preferably within a corporate transformation environment.
• Proven ability to produce accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in audit and data validation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.
