Transformation Manager – UAE National

About the role

HSBC is seeking a UAE National Transformation Manager to lead end‑to‑end change initiatives across the MENAT region. You will translate strategic objectives into executable programmes, ensuring measurable improvements in performance, risk, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in senior governance forums such as the Executive Committee and Transformation Steering Committee.
• Provide regular reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies and benefits, and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate governance artefacts, investment case approvals, scope changes and post‑implementation reviews.
• Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives covering process re‑engineering, operating model redesign, digitisation, cost‑efficiency and control uplift.
• Develop executable road‑maps, business cases, resource plans and milestone schedules.
• Lead benefits realisation, track financial and non‑financial outcomes and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence without formal authority.
• Embed change into business‑as‑usual to improve customer and colleague experience.

Required profile

• UAE national with extensive experience in programme or transformation management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale change programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and control frameworks in a banking environment.
• Excellent governance and reporting skills, with the ability to work at senior executive level.
