About the role

The Transport System Operator will manage the smart monitoring of passenger transit activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and internal directives. This role supports the department by detecting violations, preserving evidence, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and follow the daily work schedule from the supervisor.
• Monitor department activities using smart monitoring systems and record violations with accurate evidence.
• Archive all violation documents permanently for potential grievance committee review.
• Report operational challenges and seek guidance from supervisors.
• Handle system errors, equipment malfunctions, and take immediate corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit required reports to concerned authorities.
• Contribute to section and department performance indicators and support shift supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary school education.
• UAE nationality.
• Full‑time availability.
• Ability to work after hours and respond to emergencies when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating smart monitoring systems.
• Attention to detail for accurate violation documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting of system and equipment issues.
