Transport Team Leader – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Team Leader to oversee the transportation operations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves coordinating a team that provides discreet and professional transport services to guests, residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport activities, motivate staff and ensure service standards are met.
• Develop schedules, delegate tasks and brief team members across various departments.
• Greet and attend to personnel, clients and guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage changes and maintain accurate reporting.
• Maintain filing systems, stock inventories, vendor directories and contract agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality transport or a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
