Transportation Coordinator

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a proactive Transportation Coordinator to oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations in Dubai. The role involves planning routes, dispatching drivers, tracking shipments and ensuring compliance while maintaining high operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise logistics routes and schedules.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and driver assignments.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage transportation documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, preparing regular reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling and dispatch processes.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems and transport management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
• UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
