Transportation Manager

About the role

HRify is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead daily transportation operations in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring timely, safe, and cost‑effective movement of vehicles and goods while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise routes, schedules and fleet utilisation.
• Supervise drivers, support staff and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Address customer service concerns and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards and route‑planning tools.
• Ability to analyse data, manage budgets and make decisions under time pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply‑chain, business administration or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Transportation Management System (TMS) proficiency.
• Fleet tracking system experience.
• Route planning tools expertise.
