Travel Consultant – Destination Management

About the role

We are a leading Travel Destination Management Company in the UAE, offering luxury experiences and comprehensive travel solutions worldwide. As a Travel Consultant you will design and deliver bespoke holiday programs, manage bookings, and provide end‑to‑end travel assistance for both B2C and B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare inbound and outbound UAE holiday itineraries and distribute them across partner platforms.
• Upload and manage product listings online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle complete travel assistance, including airline tickets, hotels, visas, cruises, rail, tours, airport meet‑and‑greet, car rentals, and transfers within client budgets.
• Manage ticket sales via online platforms, offline channels, social media, and phone.
• Process bookings, rerouting, refunds, and cancellations using Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
• Develop tailor‑made quotations, packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) programs from scratch.
• Maintain and expand a global supplier and vendor network.
• Generate new customer accounts, nurture repeat business, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Provide post‑sale support, collect feedback, and produce regular sales and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling Europe, Asia, and Americas destinations.
• Strong knowledge of global visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Excellent product knowledge, destination expertise, and up‑to‑date travel information.
• Customer‑focused attitude with proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.
• Ability to work with B2C and B2B partners worldwide.
