Travel Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Corporate Travel and Events Coordinator to manage international travel logistics, venue sourcing and financial documentation for our real‑estate sales team and high‑net‑worth clients in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, book and manage end‑to‑end international flights, ground transport and hotel stays for sales staff and clients.
• Identify, negotiate and secure banquet halls, meeting rooms and event venues across multiple countries for property showcases and investor dinners.
• Collect, verify and process vendor invoices, flight receipts and hotel bills; reconcile corporate credit‑card statements and allocate expenses to correct budget codes.
• Create detailed travel and event itineraries aligned with sales schedules, time zones and client preferences.
• Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotel chains and event vendors to control costs and monitor budget variances.
• Monitor passport, visa and health documentation requirements and provide compliance assistance.
• Provide on‑call support for travelers facing flight delays, cancellations or booking changes across time zones.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, event planning or travel desk administration.
• Strong financial literacy with experience in invoice processing and expense reconciliation.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with airlines, hotels and venue operators.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to interact with executives and premium clients.
• Exceptional time‑management and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS).
• Experience using online booking tools.
• Familiarity with corporate expense software such as Concur, SAP or Expensify.
