Treasury Associate

About the role

Tabby is seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Associate to support the Group Banking & Treasury team. The role focuses on daily treasury, payment and reconciliation activities, ensuring bank data accuracy and timely resolution of payment queries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations across all group accounts in multiple countries and investigate discrepancies.
• Download and process periodic bank statements from various online banking portals.
• Update the ERP systems (Wafeq / NetSuite) and internal tracking sheets with statement data.
• Track and clear suspense account balances each month.
• Respond to internal and external payment queries, providing proof of payment documents.
• Monitor manual collections and support inter‑account transfers, prefunding, and fund flows.
• Liaise with AP/CX teams and local banks to resolve operational and settlement issues.
• Act as first point of contact for payment‑related KYC and RFI requests, gathering required documentation.
• Maintain organized filing for bank statements and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly organized and able to work across multiple banking portals and internal systems.
• Comfortable managing recurring operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy under time pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and motivated to support treasury operations.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite and Wafeq.
• Proficiency in using online banking portals for statement retrieval and payment processing.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures and KYC/RFI documentation handling.
