Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead the development and execution of treasury strategies for a leading UAE real‑estate and property development group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure optimal cash management, liquidity planning and risk mitigation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement treasury policies covering cash management, funding, and financial risk mitigation.
• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash balances, payments, collections, bank transfers and funding movements.
• Lead short‑term and long‑term cash‑flow forecasting to maintain adequate liquidity.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate loans, credit lines, guarantees and other facilities.
• Monitor loan covenants, treasury controls, bank reconciliations and the accuracy of treasury records.
• Prepare treasury reports, financial analyses, identify risks and support audit processes.
• Develop and mentor treasury staff to enhance team capabilities.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, make decisions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
